Telephone Service Problem on July 14 (Fri) Morning

There was an unexpected telephone service problem since 10am this morning in which some users might experience intermittent telephone service disconnection or phone call quality issues.  

The telephone service was resumed normal at 1pm after the root cause was identified and fixed. 

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. ITSC will further follow up with the vendor for any possible improvement work.
